Repaint or not

Hi, I have a chance to purchase a TTA with under 20,000 miles for less than 17k. To be the price seems to be good, I know the history of the car, however it has a couple of problems. Most (95%) of the problems involve the paint, minor chips, spoiler trouble, decals were once on the car but were removed and under a certain light you can see it in the paint. My question is that if I was to get the car repaint would that hurt the value? Is the car worth the money in its current condition?

Without seeing it, (post some pics) it sounds worth it. That's low miles and a low price for it.

I dont think a well done repaint will hurt it's value, and should definatly help if the original paint has alot of imperfections.
