Whats the deal with the service manuals? Is the supplement TTA specific? Do I need one or both? I would really just like the wiring diagrams and DTC trouble shooting charts.
Yep the supplement I say is a must as it got all the TTA specific stuff in there, however the regula 1989 Firebird service manual got everything else like suspension, interior stuff, A/C etc. So depending on what you need to do and for future reference might not be a bad idea to get both if you find them at the right price.
The TTA supplement been reproduced and you can get one for $45 USD on ebay ... the regular 1989 Firebird Service Manual you find for anything from $20 to $80 or so ... not sure if that one been reproduced yet or not.
