shifter button staple

ok so theres a staple that keeps the shifter button from sliding off. well, mines broken... does anyone have any idea where to get another one of those things? cuz i have no clue.

I would say try a doner car salvage yard car.... I wonder if its the same one as in a 91 camaro...... Ill try to look tonight.
