Steering Wheel Dye

Good Morning!
Does anyone have any advice on touching up the steering wheel? Mine has a few light scrapes and I was wondering if there was a dye out there that would renew it or should it be recovered? Also have a slight bolster wear and was looking for a touch up there also. Any advice would be appreciated!

On the bolster, there is nothing you can do except replace the leather with something else. It is very problematic area that can not be "touched" up.
