Stock ride height

Well I recently installed an Eibach Pro-kit lowering springs on my TTA and well I get excited when I get new parts and forget to do things like measure the height before I install the springs. So if someone could take a yard stick and just put it down on the ground and measure the heigh from the ground to the top of the wheel well on the fender. Here's a picture kind of like what I'm looking for but this is from QuikyOnes car and I'm pretty sure his isn't stock ride height:

If someone could make measurements at all 4 corners I'd greatly appreciate it.

that's not even you in the picture! Yeah your measurements were fine, they're just not stock.
 
I have not mesured my TTAs height in a while, but even with both cars being ultra low milage the Hardtop is about 1/4in lower with the stock springs. I will measure them this weekend.

I'll be damned if I can find a tape measure! But, I did take a broom stick and mark it for you.......I'll find a tape measure in the morning and let you know what I come up with on all four corners. :)
 
I took measurements too..........but soon realized that my tire pressure is low due to the car sitting and it being cold in the garage. Sorry. :(
 
thanks a bunch guys. I don't remember what my car measured so I'll have to check it again in a couple weeks when I'm back at home.

You mean your one car has aftermarket springs?
Or, do you mean Hardtop springs are lower than T-Top springs?

Just wondering.

Both cars have stock springs. The Hardtop sits lowere than the Festival (T-Top) car. Not sure why, both are ultra low mileage cars.

Not that I'd have a clue........but would the Festival cars have 'something' better? Probably not, but it's fun to :chat: about. :)
 
Alright I finally got around to measuring it and the front measured about 26 3/4" in the front and 26 5/8" in the rear, so it lowered it about an 1" total.

What is interesting is the cars had a built in "rake" to them where the front end is lower than the rear.
