This reminds me of an episode of "How I Met Your Mother." The one guy has a Fiero and the cassette he puts in when his brothers pass down the car to him in the 80's is "500 Miles." So the cassette gets stuck and him and his buddy are on a road trip. His buddy is like, "What a great song!" Then 10 minutes later, "I can't stand this song!" Then he says, "Wait, it'll come back around." So about 30 minutes later they're both singing along with it, "...and I will walk 500 miles...." Then, as the car is on its last leg, many years later, the cassette pops out. Funny show.
Also reminds me of my first car, an '81 Grand Prix w/T-tops. The cheap aftermarket stereo that was first in the car didn't like to eject tapes. I kept a pair of needle nose pliers in the glove box to get 'em out.
I never upgraded the stereo in my TTA when I had it. I knew for me it would snowball into a full blown system and I decided not to go that route.
