Here are some things I ran into....
I was looking at my motor and then the empty engine bay and realized my motor mounts were on the motor upside down. They were labelled drivers and passangers so I just slapped them on, good thing I saw this before droppin the motor in. Surprised no one here caught that.
the washers on my arp exhaustheader bolts had to be trimmed to clear the darn cylinder head studs.... they stick up more than the bolts I guess, some a little more than others.
I got a vigilante 3500 stall converter, replacing my old "edge racing" 2800 converter.
I got a new alky pump too as mine was leaking a bit last year and was going on 5 years old. I put washer fluid in over the winter but I didn't wanna take any chances. I also got a new fuel filter, injectors and a hot wired injector harness. To make sure my alky pressure is up I got an alky guage. It took alot of wiring but not too bad. I am not sure if it works yet as I don't have the car runnin, but soon.
For those of you all wondering if the rjc deep sump pan fits with a factory k member it sure does, but it was tight. It is really low too when it was on the stand next to my old engine.
