Guys, as you know i have a completely stock 20,000 TTA. I do not plan on modifying the car, just some chrome items. I do want to make the car as rigid as i can though. To get out most of the "creaks" and noises. Would a strut tower brace help or what? Please post what works--

Thanks in advance

Ty

I had a custom one made a while back (still have to get it powder coated) and yes I could notice a slight difference. (pictures http://la.rsson.com/stb/ ) This will mostly help the front end not to flex under cornering but I did notice some less noise from the front as well. Next week I'm having custom sub frame connectors installed and this will really make a difference removing all body flex (at least I hope so :-) You can find some pictures here : http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/572514/2 (these were installed on a 88 Camaro cab but the design etc will be the same for my TTA). Next thing will also be a custom steering brace / wonderbar, these only came on the Camaro's never on the Firebirds and the stock Camaro one wont clear our IC scoop so the guys doing the rest of my stuff will look at doing a custom one that fits the TTA as well. After all this I hope most of the body flex is gone and the flex in the front end from cornering will be gone as well. I'll post pictures and comments once I have the car back (this will be mid March as I will be in the US for a couple of weeks when they have the car at their shop).

George, this time in LA for 3 nights (arrive Feb 25th) then San Fransisco until March 9th ....

As I told Lisa I will come and visit when I'm out in Phoenix next month, so will be able to see you guys 25/26/27 (got to catch a flight back to the UK on the 27th from Phoneix) ! Will you be around?

Oh ya!
No problem!
Gives me time to hide all the good stuff!
I just hope it doesn't rain, we can show you around and hit some car cruises too! Do you gamble? Laughlin is 30 minutes away! :D

See you then,

George

Welcome to LA. We've finally got some nice weather just in time for the NASCAR events at California Speedway this weekend.
