Penske's collection includes a whole bunch of Indy Pace Cars, the TTA is listed last. Does anyone know what # he has?

I read the whole article and watched the embedded videos earlier, it is long but a lot of fun facts. The "collection" includes a car from each year (16) that Penske's team won the Race, plus one.
The start of this feature was "the Captain" taking all 17 of the cars to the Woodward Dream Cruise with a bunch of the race-winning drivers.
The TTA represents the only Pace Car in the group not from a Team Penske winning year
