Theme Changes

I was playing around and changed the folder icon to the TTA icon.
The colors remain the same. To see it scroll to the bottom of the page and on the left there is a dropdown that will say default. Select TTA and you will see the changes.

Not a huge deal.

I redid the forum on and off images to be a bit better pixel friendly....and a test header...

Ok its up. WOW! That is nice. Now i have to change the theme to match the colors. Can i bother you to edit the logo and add "REGISTRY" under it and I can place that one on the header of the registry page?
