I was talking to a guy that we work with today (they are near Muskegon MI) and he said that it had snowed there today... yuk - October? Last week or sometime I reiterated that once the salt is on the roads - the fun cars DO NOT come out again until after a really good spring "rinse".
Sorry that to hear that your driving season ended early.

It snowed here in Chicago yesterday. I need to get the snowmobile ready I guess and put away the TTA. lol

No salt was spread here, but up near Cleveland they had 6 to 8 inches with more predicted tomorrow. So there is still hope for a short cruise before putting her to sleep for the winter.
Can't people get married in the spring or summer! Supposed to be a blistering 45 for a high every day we are there! I don't see why people want to live up there??

Don't you know when I left work this evening I noted that the State had sprayed I-295 with the pre-storm brine... :shock: there is no precipitation in the forecast that I heard, and a low of 37 degrees. What????:furious:
Hope you get some more rides in there!

Man you guys don't even know! I'm in the most northern city over a million. It's cold, ask Mike. The snow stays forever too, may sometimes.

Hah ha ha. I know it is cold here, atleast it will give me time to get TTA 366 back on the track, I don't like to work on cars when I can be driving them. That's the only nice thing I can say about winter. Wish I could live in warm USA somewhere!!! I want my parents to get a place there but they wont. UGH!

I think it is colder here in Chicago then it is in Alberta Jarred. PS: I received the tips today, so thanks. 
LOL. We had the windows and doors wide open to let the breeze flow through the house. It's awesome weather for us, but not so much for the people up north.
I agree with Kymmee, it's showing signs of being a long, cold winter.

We had a high of 54 yesterday, close to 80 this coming mon., what i call yo-yo or get real sick weather...
Wish I had seen this earlier, but I was in Orlando at Speed World flogging on my V6 Mustang. I couldn't resist the siren song of this beautiful weather..lol. The new owner has that track in prime condition...sucker would nearly take your shoes off walking across it..lol.
What side of town do you live on? I'm over in East Arlington, off SJB between Atlantic and Beach.

Got a short drive in on Sunday. When we were out Saturday, noticed they sprayed the nasty brine on the bridges, so I just cruised near my house and stayed away from the bridges.
Then, got the cars straightened around on the lifts, with battery tenders hooked up. Time to go to sleep. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
