Dropped the pan today and I see that the pressure switches are not connected. Is this by design? Could there be a valid reason to not connect the harness to them? What change would there be if I connect them? I bought the car used, so I don't know the history on it. I've been fixing a lot of things that were done poorly to the car. And yes, I did break off a pan bolt.
