So, I have a K&N cone type air filter that was already in the car, but its very dirty, looks crunched (too long) it its currant location, I also noticed the IAT (Intake Air Temp) sensor laying in the tray below the air filter w/what looks to be a broken tip. The part #on the K&N I took out is either F030A6 or B046A6, but both those numbers come up no good on the K&N web site.
I read that the K&N RE-0910 cone filter is the better fit/function for our cars, is the correct? Or is there a better one? Or would I be better putting the stock air box back in, with a K&N stock replacement filter & new IAT sensor? Thoughts?
