So this is the setup I have: What should my boost/fuel preassure be and anything else.

60#fuel injectors/chip turbotweak
Alky Alcohol/meth injection kit
160degree thermostat
Power logger
3in up pipe
RJC Powerplate and plenium
Comp Cams 100# valve springs
Te49 turbotonics turbo .63 400housing f1 wheel
High pressure fuel pump
Fuel pump Hotwire kit and regulator
RJC Adjustable boost controller
Electric Exhaust Cut out
Rebuilt 200r4 trans heavy duty internals 2200 stall
New head gaskets/milled heads

Are these part's installed already? One big thing i see missing is a FP gauge... What IC do you have? stock?

Your boost pressure should be whatever you told Eric it will be when you ordered the chip....set it there.


Your fuel pressure should be 43 psi, vacuum line off and should rise 1 psi for every 1 psi of boost.

I would start at 17 psi (boost) and work up from there. All depends on what your scanmaster is telling you in regards to any detonation.

Go to Gbodyparts.com and buy a cheap hood mounted FP gauge @ make sure it rise's 1 psi for every 1psi boost that you see on the PL, btw a chip burned for 25psi won't run good at 15psi and vise-versa... but like Ratfink said work your way up and watch the knock

Well the chip. Ordered was for 20-25 psi so what's a safe boost to start at that will make a difference I'm at 17 now

Whatever amount that doesn't cause detonation. Anything below 17psi isn't going to be negative, just boring. I once accidentally turned my HKS down to like 5 psi. Surprisingly still faster than you would think.

If you have no knock at 17psi then run it up to 20psi @ see what happens, depends on alot of factors on your car but really watch for knock over 20psi... check the SM before you turn the car off in case you missed something.
