turbo gasket

I've never used a gasket between the turbo and downpipe or the stock turbine elbow housing. Stock had no gasket. Doesn't "look Buick" to me.

I've not used a gasket either. If I were to use a gasket I would use the perimiter one.
FWIW I used this stuff a couple weeks ago, so far so good. (yer results may vary)

Hey! I have that stuff already! Besides I just went to order those 2 gaskets and G-body wanted almost $15 to ship 2 states away. No thanks! That's more than the cost of one of the gaskets!

It's one thing to pay $15 to ship something that weighs over 6lbs or so, but entirely another if it's going to weigh less than a pound.

Glenn is correct. All you need to do is get some of that Permatex copper sealant and smear some around the housing if your worried about any leaks. Don't go heavy with it just a light bead and then smear it with your finger is all you need with that stuff! Like severble said you don't need a gasket there. On my GN I smeared a nice bead of that Permatex copper and I also did a smear of it where it meets the header. I also used a bead of it for my crossover pipe. One thing is for sure I have no exhaust leaks! :)
