Turbo with hardtop how much?

Local guy has a tta hardtop. Being 1 of 24 made what's it worth?
60k miles and a few paint blemishes might need a repaint. But overall nice shape. Any thoughts ?

Depend's on alot of thing's, was it beat on? heavily modded? alot of owner's?
The # of owner's mean alot to me, if it's normal mile's with normal wear i would say 16k-17k if it need's paint...but i luv a hardtop, hate t-top's...
