Vacuum line's question help

Good morning/afternoon

I was looking over my engine last night and seen something that caught my eye.
It appears I found a vacuum cap on the TB,right behind the TPS.

Also, two rubber lines on the hard metal vacuum tube are plumbed together going nowhere.

One looks like it should go to the TB, and the other looks like it should go under the TB over to the drivers side of the TB. IDK, the car runs fine I guess, but it don't look like the picture I included.

So, for further confussion, I added a pic of what I am trying to explain. The red circle is of the lines that are connected together.View attachment 6896

That was supposed to heat the TB when cold, lot's of people hooked them together in order to do away with it, they are water lines not vac.

That makes sense, Similar to the TB bypass for the 5.7. I didn't look that close last night as to Vacuum or water. Which explains the hose clamps.

Just checking, I'll leave it be.
