Vapor Canister

I'm probably going overboard, I'm just trying to find parts that I know are broken. The vapor canister is broken and the part number says 17088067. GMPartsdirect shows part number 17090155. Which is correct? Or, did they just put in what was there? I just want to do it right if I'm doing it...

Well, I can't find anything (other than a NAPA one for $218...) to replace the broken one... I wonder if I can just put sealant or glue or something in the hole that is plugged in all the pictures that I have found of the unavailable replacements?
