I think that Pontiac got the F-body just right from 85 to 90. Clean lines, not overly showy. Think about the 89 Iroc-Z compared to a 92 Z28 I like the 89 Iroc better. The hood looks funtional at least, the 92 looks like they glued some crap to the hood, which is akin to what they actually did. It's like chevy dropped acid during the design phase... Not as drastic however, but I think Pontiac was too anxious to re-create the "Banshe" concept car and made the nose a bit long.
I always thought the Pontiac F-body looked better than the Chevy F-body, all years...The T/A always had something more unique, more of a refined racer than the chevy's cruiser. IMO it competed with the Corvette more than the Z28.
