Those are from the salt water car they are parting out. I posted those links a couple weeks ag

Pardon my ignorance. They looked burnt as opposed to corroded.
Are those parts intended to be used again?

I was wondering as well if they would clean-up, if they can be used again it's not a bad deal but i doubt the turbo is worth anything...

The turbo is junk and the headers have lots of holes and rust. Turbo bracket looks good.
