I ordered the 4" Cat-Back from Mufflex. This particular system comes in 4" with a 4" Magnaflow Straight Through Muffler. Also included is a test pipe for my application. I will be installing soon so will post a vid of what the TTA sounds like with this system.ttarider

I have the Mufflex 3.5" setup with the Magnaflow on mine and it sounds really good :) The shop that put it on said it was really close in a couple of areas, you may need to do some "tapping" on it to get the 4" to fit. enjoy.

Denny said I will not need to tap. Just take my time and there will be no problems. I saw a few places where the intermediate pipe looks tapped and over the axle. 9 Just installed the alky kit in 10 degree weather. Prolly wait till the weekend for this project. Lookin forward:burnrubber:

Have you heard your car with an open dump? It sounds incredible...except when on the highway.

Open dump at 5 psi = sex on wheels ttarider

I sure hope it doesn't drone for you man. We have removed two 3" systems on Regals that droned like hell around 30-45 MPH.

The TTA is the only 3" system that hasnt droned...ATR rocks I guess.

I hope it doesn't drone either:crazy: When I ordered the system from Mufflex, Denny noted that Magnaflow makes the best straight through muffler. Even better than the Borla due to the overall design.

I am thinking the turbo may make a little more noise for sure.
The tailpipe is angled down toward the ground... just noting.
 
Yes, I opened the dump last Fall. Loud.. really loud! I went and purchased a dump and are now selling it. After thinking about it I thought it would be better to run through the muff. Main reason being so I can hear the engine better.

I liked the dump because it gave me better mph according to el cheapo g-tech.
 
Sometimes hot-rods are gonna have "droans", "vibrations", "knocks", "bang~n~KaBoom"...it's all apart of going faster....Hurry up with that video doggy dog. Oh yeah, and show some install pics!!:bye1:
