What mods for my original TTA

Hi
I came across a 89 TTA that is all original except for the aftermarket distributor wires. It has all the documentation and has 28,000 miles and no mods, doesnt even have sub frame connectors
I would like to get a little more power out of it without doing serious mods.
What bolt ons would be recommended, such as Alky, or turbo etc. I want to be able to go back to original if I ever decide to sell it.
About the only thing I dont like is that it has the Lexan T-tops.
Also, how does a price of $15,000 sound, is that a fair price to pay ? I ran a car fax and it comes back clean and appears to have had two previous owners. Even has a complete kit

Sounds like a good deal. Mine has the same miles and I paid a little less then that. As far as bolt on's downpipe, walbro fuel pump, turbo, you can do them all to notice a good difference. Careful with those lexan tops! From what I heard they did recall them at one point. Find out what number car it is. I think after around 400 or so they went with the lexan tops. I just missed them I guess mine are glass. I had mine out today did some plugs and oil change.. awesome car to cruise in! Check that rear spolier well also! make sure it's not cracked!

I see on Ebay that people sell the T tops in glass. Seem reasonably priced and I assume that when they say fits 82 to 92 Camaros and Trans Ams, it will fit the Turbo TA.

K&N Air Filter, X the bypass tube, Chip, Downpipe, Fuel Pressure Regulator. these are all easy to do.

Welcome!
You will want the later glass T-Tops, as they come with locks.
I have a spare set of glass tops, but no key, and I am looking for a set of plastic ones.
You looking to get rid of yours?
Also, where are you located?

Enjoy,

George
