What should I buy on this list?

The guy I bought my car from has a bunch of extra parts he wants to sell. He'll let me have them for what he paid for them but in a few cases I think he overpaid. There are afew items I know I want to buy but I figured I'd get input from the people here who are a lot more knowledgable then I. So here's what he has, what he wants and my thoughts:

Dash pouch- $28, There's no emblem on my pouch
Turbo Supplement- $35.00, seems fair to me
Radio control pad- $31.90, seems fair
Steering wheel- $226.50, mine is a very nice driver quality, buy this one if it's perfect?
T tops (glass)- $148.45. Mine are fine, was going to pass even though they're cheap
Center caps- $50.00, mine are fine, pass?
Shift knob- $34.96, might grab it
3 manuals- $150, grab them
Owner's kit- $500, have a feeling it's not complete will probably grab if the majority is there
Windshield decal- $114, seems pricey?
Rear rims- $150, might be good to grab for drag radials? Price is fair?
door decal- $107, if it's a pair that's fair right? Gotta see owner's kit too
CD ROM- $25, believe this is the manuals on CD, if I have the books why bother?
Turbo seal kit- $75 bucks, isn't this what everybody gets for them? Not a must have right?
Door sills- $78, a little high? What are the sills anyway? The door entry plates or the rocker trim panels?
Emission decal- $22, seems fair to me
TTA wires- $91, I'd assume they're used, was planning to get them
Indy 500 admission tickets- $12.00, Do I really need these? Was gonna pass
Windshield decal- $91, he has two of them? Seems pricey to me

So what do you guys think I need to buy off that list?

Agree with your comments. windshield decal seems high. I'd grab it all if I had the money. CD of service manual would be nice to print pages to have while working in garrage, to keep the book in good shape.
 
The owner's kit he has is complete but the decals were installed on the car. So the kit has the paper backing from the used decals in it!

I ended up buying the owner's kit, sills, shifter handle, steering wheel button pad, service manual, turbo supplement, owner's supplement, Pontiac service bulletin manual, wheel center caps, Indy tickets, underhood emission sticker, defroster switch, and plug wires for a grand. I'll go back for the rest as soon as I collect some money owed to me by a few friends of mine.
 
I noticed it had a few small white specks here and there but that was it. Mine has similar specks but more than this one has.
 
$100 for the winshield decal seems reasonable. Not great but not bad either. I have an extra windshield decal too. $100 is the least I would sell it for. They are usually hard to come by themselves.
