As mentioned, you can find the nylon bushings at Top Down Solutions Aftermarket Nylon Guides for 1986-91 F-Body (Camaro or Firebird) I just ordered mine from them. The motor and housing can be found cheapest on eBay. The part number is Dorman 747-000 Trunk Lid Pull Down Motor

I have mine apart also. Parts are arriving Thursday.
On the black box the connects to the motor, do you have a toggle switch? Just wondering what that is for? Maybe, indicates up or down position?

I believe you are talking about the reversing switch, which is like a toggle switch.
I just put that back together last night on mine, and posted photos on TGO.

Thanks. Yes, that was the reversing switch. Re-installed everything, including new nylon guides and works like new.
