As a graphic designer, I've been thinking of doing a repro for years. A may create a repro. I have a ripped up original to use as a guide.

This is what I did in 2010 to obtain mine-I dont think anything has changed, but I would contact the business's before sending any money.
First you have to get the factory invoice from GM Media Archives.
GM Media Archive
Then send a copy of that to Pontiac Historical Services to get a window sticker.
PHS Historic Services
Cost me approx $100 about 4 yrs ago.

just an FYI in case some people don't already know this but PHS no longer do window stickers.....not sure of the reason why but that news came out earlier this year.....

...so I'm just curious. what exactly is the documentation you get when you send away to the GM Media Archive this is something I am not familiar with....DontKnow:

I imagine a graphic person should be able to do this, all they would need is a basic layout of the window sticker and the dealer name and address the TTA was sold! There were not many options for the TTA, either T-Top with leather or T-Top with cloth interior or hardtop.
I got all my infor from Allied Vaughn and thru PHS as Kymmee said earlier! Too bad they are not offering that service!

It is the basic info when the car was a trans am before it was sent to PAS for the TTA transformation. The price difference is much different than after it is converted to TTA.

Robert is right about the dealer name, a few of us got these from Allied Vaughn, so we could find out what dealer sold our TTA new. I have original window sticker with my car but it was hard to read dealer name.
After I found out what dealer name sold it, I sent the info to PHS to get a window sticker made up. Got them laminated and unlaminated, as well as a few other papers about the TTAs in general from PHS. So around $50 for the invoice from Allied Vaughn, which they sent to me by e-mail. And another $35 to $50 for the window stickers from PHS.:cowboy:

O.K. Robert. thats kinda what I was thinking it was. I do have one of those, got mine from Pontiac themselves (for free) waaayy back in the 90's, only mine has all the prices blacked out; a standard GM practice from back in the day....thanks for the post...

I just wanted a laminated window sticker for the TTA; had to jump thru the hoops to get what I wanted, and of course this cost money. I also wanted to know the dealership.
As time goes on, seems like there is less opportunity for this type of documentation. Sad really, because having paperwork always is a good "insurance " policy for any collectible vehicle.

With the info we now have on here you can easily make a reproduction window sticker ... what PHS left out is the small "routing" note in the lower right hand corner and that one you will only find on the build sheet I believe ...
The VIN list will give you the dealer code ... then the list of dealers will give you the dealer details ...
For the hardtop/t-top/cloth/leather combos you would need to have a few window stickers to look at to get it right; but we have enough of them between us all to figure that out.

Hey PHS dosent offer window stickers anymore. The story I got from Jim was that they had a contact for the window stickers but he recently passed away and his son has all the info and lay out but hasn't committed to keep it the company/hobby going. This info was as of 10.25.2014. Hope this helps
