No I'm not. I just don't appreciate being insulted. Weirdo huh! Are you lower than whale S***? What's the point? Are we just going to bash each other or are we going to exchange information. I just responded to what I viewed as an insult. Insults don't go well down here. I have stated my respect for WS6's knowledge and now I know that QUICK'who ever' is just a kid. Who is he to have anything to say to me in a disrespectable tone? So, Joe you may enjoy these guy's "busting your balls" but, I have'nt met any of these guys and I really don't understand they're intent.

Again....that's the problem with the internet...written word is and can be interperted wrong if not taken out of context.
Frank, I'm afraid you're missing the entire satire of this forum. This is not turbo buick. We speak to each other as if we were standing around in a garage drinkin' and exchanging ideas AND insults.
Sometimes it gets out of hand, but 90% of the time it doesn't. What goes on here would never fly at TB, but we get away with it because there is maybe 20-40 seroius posters and I feel we all have a common understanding.
There is no pecking order here, no one is smarter, nor older, nor younger. We're just a faceless bunch of guys who somehow keep a rare trans am forum active.
And as for Joe, I think I know him well enough to say he was just following my lead and meant no disrespect. I have met him and he is genuinely nice.
Jason maybe young but you'd be hard pressed to find anyone on this forum who knows more about TTA's and the turbo V6. And that's not just by internet posts,he's got the time slips to back them up. He is also a genuinley nice guy and if you didn't know his age you'd think he was twice his age. He is quick to give advice on what has worked for him and what hasn't but is just as willing to ask for help. Without young guys this hobby withers on the vine.
And me? I appreciate that you respect my knowledge but I don't think I know near as much as some of these guys here. I've only been into the TTA's for a few years and my ignorance has cost me allot of money and heartache. Just read some of my old posts, you can clearly see that I was pissing up a rope. My unwillingness to listen to advice has forced me into a very steep learning curve. I think too, that I'm a nice guy but I do enjoy exchanging barbs in person and on the internet. But apparently, unless I'm reading this wrong,it has been taken out of context.
I think I can say that we respect your advice, I've read your posts on TB, I know you have been in the trenches far longer than most of us and I want to read your opinions, but I don't want you take our jabs as anything more than I just described earleir in this post. Just a bunch of us standing around, exchanging ideas and insults.
Okay...so enough touchy feely stuff....I think this thread has been hijacked succesfully!!!

Hey Frank ! As temping as that offer is(believe me I would be all over it) the wife is the bread winner in our family, she's been at her job 23 years, so finding another job in the Medical field with her seniority and pay will be very difficult !!!I can work anywhere, I have been trying to get her to move to someplace warmer ... mind you she does like SoCal, so you never know, but her dream job is at the CDC in Atlanta ..... like I said ... you never know !!!
and I blame my mother for popping me out up here !! LOL. but with all this horrible weather we have been having lately, it makes you really appreciate the warm/hot weather MORE !!
We do LOVE the Texas hospitality, we have friends in Abilene and Dallas/Fort Worth areas, and we love going there !!! Some of the best places we ever been to is there !!!
Truthfully ... I would miss my Rocky Mountains .... been looking at them since birth !! LOL

Houston has the best medical facilities and hospitals in the world, I'm sure your wife would love to work and be here. We don't have the beauty of the rockies but we do have the hill country, gorges.
I do understand seniority but sometimes you just have to take a risk.
