always something

Nice looking truck.

I guess you are flying into FLL apt? I know this area well, have worked all around south fla.

The dealer is north of Ft Lauderdale. Take the I-595 to I-95 north and get off at the Copans Rd exit and go north. It is between Copans Rd and Sample Rd.

Or these nice people might be picking you up at the Apt. That would be nice.
they said they would, if they want some money they better :beee:

Nice truck Robert! I almost picked up a 06 Duramax near me in the spring but wound up with the 09 2500HD gasser. Those trucks will pull a house down for sure! The local GMC/Buick dealer in Ohio is going to display at the track some new Buick's and a new GMC dually at my request just so I can slobber all over it! :) I told them they can leave the keys to the new duramax with me :)

The 07.5's and up have the DPF, but they don't go into limp mode a lot. Either way, the Dmax will be my next truck and congrats on it!

I have been privileged enough to drive one the last few months and they are sweet (especially with more than 200 HP over stock :teehee: )

FYI, change the fuel filter before you tow to Ohio.

Thank me later..

not sure what a DPF is, but i talked to my old boss, and he said he changed the exhaust and put a chip in his 08, and 280 thousand mile later,(pulling a bobcat) he has had no problems.i called to ask his opinion on diesel trucks and it was duramax all the way(used to be a big powerstroke fan) this is going to be my wifes truck anyway.(making up for all the money i have spent on this two cars)

DPF is a diesel particulate filter. I think the system superheats the exhaust to burn it off every now and then.

Google DPF and it will tell you what it is.:coffee:

The DPF is what you referred to as the "newer cats." Either way, sweet truck and it will tow your TTA just fine!
hallelujah!,fixed the oil drain leak on the turbo, now i have what looks like a inspection cover on the new turbo getting in the way of the heat shield, bolt and cover holding it about 1/16 " off :chat:
