I honestly can't plan a year ahead of time without having my school test schedule, but I am 90% sure about being at the LS fest. BG is about 4 hours from where I am right now so that is definately a go. There is also a car show in September hosted by Chip Foose at the Year One facility in Flowery Branch, GA that we plan on going to.

110% sure going on the power tour the following year. I'd also like to go the Pontiac nats in Norwalk the same year. We shall see.

I'd LOVE this one...

Either way, the intake will be totally covered.

Thanks Kelli!

More progress. Had fun with a plasma cutter today.

Getting the AC compressor was a chore and still isn't done. I need a few more opinions on this one. It looks like it will fit but the tensioner for the small 4 rib belt won't fit.

Thanks!

Got a lot done but didn't take pictures. Will take some more over the next holiday break.

Ordered the transmission today from RPM (HUGE THANKS TO THEM AGAIN!), ordered the gauges today...all 11 of them, and ordered the stereo today.

The 6 piston, 13" Wilwoods came in and since they don't come with a bracket I will either have to order new spindles or have someone make a bracket. The 4 piston bolt right on so that is a last ditch effort. Hope I don't have to use those.

I've been told to not post anymore pictures, but this is something I can post pictures of. this is a true subframe connector. It will connect in 12 places. 2x3" rectangular steal.

Will weld studs onto the tubing to use as seat brackets.

Except for the intake piping (waiting on the custom intercooler to be done) the car is done mockup wise.

Dad got suckered into a paintjob.....We are now officially at a snowball the size of a mountain. Good thing is the snowball is now large enough it can't roll much farther. I'll leave it at that.

So...the car is coming back apart for paint then final assembly. Looks like it will be a done a full 18 months after we first started. yeeehaw

Some pics...

We saved 220 pounds going to this front nose. The car should weigh under 3000 pounds...

Also has 3" cutouts not pictured.

Dual walbros, -8 AN line, aeromotive AFPR, dual, single fed fuel rails. The second walbro is going to be tied into the alky controller. No alky=no fuel. no fuel=no boost. Safety measures in place.

Picking up the intercooler March 17th and then it should go fast from there...relatively.

Well that cooler should move some air ya think?!??! lol This is going from the "just a few mods" to the zillion dollar car! I'd be afraid to drive it when it's done! Just let me know when I can take it down the track for a spin :D

Should be good for around 1000 rear wheel....made in America Bell core!

Ya you aren't kidding...:chair:

wait...you mean this car does exist?

It is nearing completion.....LOTS of unforeseen changes..
