I see nothing wrong with the price, even if it was negotiated down a bit for such a low mileage example. Problem is, what are you going to do wirth it once you own it ? Paying the bigger dollar for such a low mileage example then driving it a few thousand miles just makes it a high 20's car with all the usual fluid & car sitting issues to work though. Better to spend a safe mid 20's on a car that has been driven a bit and maintained. You could own it for years and make a few dollars on it while having enjoyed the use of it. There are a few TTA's out there with 10 to 20K on them that are almost as good condition wise, and you won't get financially beat up owning them. If you drive & show them, they WILL pick up a few marks, no way around it. I bought a 12K Festival car for what I thought was a reasonable deal at the time and am happy with it. I can & have enjoyed it without affecting the value. Low milers are for those collectors with enough space & money to just let a car sit as a museum piece.
There is also the other angle. It would be about the same $$$'s to spend $30 to $35K on this car then $10 to $12K & do a complete restoration. Add up body work, paint, interior, drivetrain, rare $$ parts, tires etc & you might soon be at the same dollar expense, but now you have a restored higher mile car not worth the value of the low mile original.
